Kindly read the following TERMS AND CONDITIONS carefully before taking admission at Unique IAS study Circle.

I hereby declare that the information furnished on the Enrolment Form etc. is correct to the best of my knowledge and belief.
I have fully satisfied myself with regards to quality and excellence of teaching at Unique IAS Study Circle from all available information/ sources and have decided to study at Unique IAS Study Circle.
I wish to pay the fee and the applicable taxes as per the payment Schedule.
Delayed fee is subjected to penalty of Rs. 50/- per day upto 10 days from the due date of payment of instalment after which I shall be debarred from the course/ classes without any further notice.
In addition to the above, I understand without any ambiguity that the fee once paid is not refundable at all, whatever the reasons be nor it is adjustable towards any further courses nor towards the fee of any other existing or prospective candidate.
I understand that if I leave the Institute before completing the full course for any reason whatsoever, I shall have no claim for refund of fees. It is understood that this admission is valid only for the course and duration to which I am taking admission and I shall not claim / request for adjusting the fees to any other course or duration.
I undertake that the course material/ study material is given to the candidate during the course of study at Unique IAS Study Circle, Bhopal shall not be given to anyone else for any purpose whatsoever, all copyrights are reserved for the study material of Unique IAS Study Circle , Bhopal.
No part of the study material Unique IAS Study Circle may be reproduced or transmitted, in any form or by any means, electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording or otherwise, or stored in any retrieval system of any nature without the written permission of the copyright holder and the publisher, application for which shall be made to the publisher.
I promise to abide by all rules and regulations of Unique IAS Study Circle declaration, in letter and spirit.
Student securing high position will be rewarded in each internal test and the discretion of the reward shall be rest with only Unique IAS Study Circle. No claim shall be made by me in respect of reward or the results so declared by Unique IAS Study Circle. I understand that timing, duration and place of the batches are subjected to change. Left out portion of the course shall be covered in extra timings whichever decided by Unique IAS Study Circle from time to time.
I understand during the course there shall be vacations from time to time i.e. summer, winter etc.
I understand that Unique IAS Study Circle reserves its right to use the name & photograph of the successful candidates in their any kind of advertisements. In case, any other Institute claims that such successful candidate was not the student of Unique IAS Study Circle and studied at their Institute, then I shall be bound to support Unique IAS Study Circle in any manner whatsoever. I shall also be bound to support Unique IAS Study Circle in case I obtained or used any kind of assistance/guidance/study material from the said Institute by online.
I understand that in case of any legal dispute, the jurisdiction will be an appropriate court/ forum in Bhopal only and I shall not take recourse to such an action in any other court/forum anywhere else. In case I do, I shall inform that the relevant court/ forum regarding this jurisdiction constraint. I declare that I have read and understood at all clauses / rules and regulations contained in the declaration on Enrolment Form and agree to abide by them without any reservation or ambiguity.
